The Beginning

Yuki walked through the trees leading to the bright building that she was soon to be living in. She could see it now, a very large school building surrounded by clear grassy fields. All of the students rooms were inside a special half of the building, and some students had to share rooms, she had read in the brochure for the school that had been sent to her in the mail. She wondered if she would have a roommate, and if so, what kind of powers would they have?

"How about I don't." she growled. She encased her hands in massive black claws and grinned. 'It looks like I can use his powers without being possessed.' she thought to herself. She ran towards him defending against any fireballs with a shield of ice.

He dodged, rolling behind yuki and blasting her in the back with a fireball. "Hmm. I think I overdid it...Do you know what's happening?" He asked.

Yuki fell forward, her claws shattering. "Wh-What did you do?" she coughed, looking down at her hands.

"You know, this is all your imagination, since you killed Yui, I put you into a imagination, ever since you put her into the darker forest, but somehow, Erik, Mizuhi, and that rat, managed to stick with you, I'm playing with your mind, Destroying it one by one." He laughed. "Since your dying I may as well say my name, Leonard, Leonard Trip, I've been stuck in a million asylums and am a wanted criminal." Leonard laughed.

"Why are you doing this to me?!" she yelled. Her hands burned. She looked down at them to see them slowly melting. She tried to cool them down by using pure ice and snow magic, but neither worked.

"Like I said, someone very high up paid me to do this." Leonard laughed, Mizuhi and mice dropped down. "Wow! What happened!?" Mizuhi asked running over to yuki. Erik ran out. "I heard a whole bunch of noise what-SHIT!" Erik yelled seeing leonard.

Yuki turned to Mizuhi. "Fire... I know why there are no other people here."

Erik created a fire sword. "So Cousin, How yea been?" Erik asked slowly walking closer. "Erik, Nice to see you." Leonard slowly walked to him. He shot a fireball at Erik's face, making contact, a loud scream echoed as erik fell to the ground. "Idiot." Leonard laughed, suddenly, everything around Yuki began to look like the forest where they put Yui. Yuki opened her eyes to see herself beaten to a bloody pulp and Leonard being choked by a girl. Erik was on the ground and so was Mizuhi both fine.

"Who... " Yuki could barely say anything she was in so much pain. "Who... is that."

Erik got up pulling out a knife and stabbing Leonard. The girl let go of the limp body. "Are you alright?" Erik asked.

Yuki stood up weakly. "Thank you for helping us..."

"It's alright, I'm Arin..." She trailed off looking at Erik, giving him a glare and walking back to campus. "...How come everyone hates wizards and Yuki-onna, Eh?" Erik grunted. They helped mizuhi up and mice was perched up on a tree.

"I don't know... " Yuki shrugged. "Umm, should we see if everyone is back?"

"Well Mizuhi is right there, I don't think we should leave him." Erik poked Mizuhi's body. "Man, It's like he's in a com-!!" Erik almost yelled as Mizuhi sat up.

"Oh, hey, Mizuhi. Feeling okay?" Yuki laughed a little.

"I'm fine." Mizuhi got up yawning. "Hmm, How'd we end up out here?" Erik said, "Who knows." Mizuhi and Erik speculated.

"I'm more concerned about that guy... " Yuki frowned. 'They know where I am... '

"Your pretty beat up to. When we get back you should get an ice pack and rest." Erik said looking at Yuki.

Mizuhi, Yuki, and Erik walked back to shcool entering Yuki and Erik's dorm to see the girl from earlier. "Hello."

"Oh, hello, Arin." Yuki smiled. "What are you doing here?"

Arin didn't reply. "Why are you staying with a Wizard?" Arin asked walking over.

"Huh?" Yuki took a step back. "Because we're friends?" she said, confused.

Arin looked at me disgusted. "So you don't care what wizards did?"

Yuki frowned. "What do you mean?"

Erik was interested. "Wizards have made many species instinct, not to mention cause many wars, including the massacre they caused my clan." Arin stuck out her tongue at me and left. "Well she seems nice." Mizuhi shrugged.

"You can't blame her, though." Yuki sighed and sat down.
