The Beginning

Yuki walked through the trees leading to the bright building that she was soon to be living in. She could see it now, a very large school building surrounded by clear grassy fields. All of the students rooms were inside a special half of the building, and some students had to share rooms, she had read in the brochure for the school that had been sent to her in the mail. She wondered if she would have a roommate, and if so, what kind of powers would they have?

Yuki waved her hand and Yui's barrier dissapeared. She then used herr dark magic to lift her. "I kind of feel bad for her..."

"She became cold, she didn't have anything left so she decided to attack the Yuki-onna for it." Erik said looking at the limp body.

Yuki frowned. "I feel like it's my fault, even though it was another one of my kind who did it. I really wish it didn't have to come to that..."

Erik looked around again. "It's rather quiet."

"You're right... It's the weekend in the fall. People are usually outside as much as they can be before winter..." Yuki looked around.

"Let's hurry up." Erik said. "The silence is getting to me."

"Me too... " Yuki quickened her pace. Once they made it deep in the forest, she put Yui's body down. "It's too dark out here for anyone to tell anything. Erik?" she took a few steps away from Yui.

"This is good. Let's go." Erik said turning around to go back to the dorms.

Erik soon dissapeared from her sight and Yuki turned from Yui, heading back to the dorms as well.

As Erik walked back he looked to his side, and thought he saw Mizuhi. "huh.."

Yuki caught up with Erik. "Hey, sorry."

"It's fine, ever since we came back from the darker and deeper part of the forest, I felt we've been watched." Erik said looking around.

"I hope not. If so we're dead." Yuki breathed.

They walked silently back to the dorm. Erik yawned, walking to the kitchen.

Yuki sat on the couch. "What a weird weekend."

"I agree." Erik said looking out the window.

Yuki looked out the window. "It's still weird noone is outside."

"Yea, It's strange." Erik said. Mice jumped in from the window. "Hello."

"Hello, Mice," Yuki turned.

"Hello." Mice said walking off to the kitchen.

Yuki turned back to Erik once Mice was in the kitchen.

"It's rather quiet around the dorms too, as if the place is empty." Erik said walking out to the halls.

"Yeah... " Yuki apporached the door looking into the halls. "Maybe their on a field trip?"

"Maybe." Erik said. "I'm going to go look around."

"Would you like me to come?" Yuki stood up.
