Chapter 1: And down we go.

I sat in the cafeteria, sitting next to the windows. Watching as a war waged below, on earth. Three other soldiers sat at the table simply eating. "So Grey." one began, speaking to me with a grin. "You about ready to get on down there and start busting some Viser heads?" He asked. Visers were a alien race that had came and began to attack us. "Ready as I'll ever be Disk.." I replied not taking my eyes off the planet. "Well guess what? Elites, ELITES, are coming over and fighting alongside us. Visers had destroyed their planet apparently." Disk said his grin never disappearing. Disk was second in command to our team, and the jokester. "So if that's true Disk, just how many more Visers are coming?" another asked. He had a skull painted onto his left breastplate. "Dunno, But it'll definitely be interesting, dont'cha agree Mike?" Disk replied. Mike simply grunted. Mike was a higher ranked ODST then I, but he was not captain or second in command. "So, Captain, When we going down?" I asked. "Soon. We're waiting for Alpha to arrive." the fourth replied. "Alpha? Whatta mean Alpha, Lisa?" Disk asked. "Alpha-909, He's bring a recruit over." Lisa replied, She was the captain of our squad, and is the strongest of us. She shares my hardships, she had lost all her family and her adopted daughter is supposedly dead. "So when is Alpha-909 getting here?" Mike asked. "I'm not sure." Lisa replied staring out the window and taking a bite out of her bread.

"Oh, good..Where's Lisa?" Grey set Lisa's body down against a wall for Disk to see. "...I see." Disk slumped to the ground.

Aeri couldn't even think of words. She calmly leaned against the wall and waited for someone to say something.

"I'm the leader now. Come on." Disk said getting up and walking into the building.

Aeri silently followed, looking back every few minutes.

Grey watched his surroundings. "Now what?" He asked.

"I'm not sure... " Aeri said almost too quietly to hear.

"We find the Arbiter." Disk said in a serious tone.

"Do you know where he went?" Aeri asked quietly.

"No." Disk said calmly. "You two check upstairs." Disk added.

"Okay... " Aeri took a few steps forward and looked back at Grey.

"He's not looking for Arbiter. I can tell." Grey said slowly looking around the corner. "He's looking for something.." Grey mumbled.

"What do you mean? What here would he be looking for?" Aeri asked quietly.

"I'm not sure." Grey replied. "Let's go." Grey rushed down the hall and peeked around the corner.

Aeri silently followed Grey. "Are we finding out?"

"Yup." Grey replied chasing after Disk. Grey made it to another corner, peeking around it to see Disk speaking with a couple Visers. "Kill everyone in the building. Including humans." Disk said. "He's a traitor!"

"Traitor?!" Aeri looked around to corner and saw Disk with the visers.

"On three, we ambush and shoot them." Grey said looking around the corner. "One. Two. THREE!" Grey jumped around the corner, throwing a bomb at a few visers. Disk heard Grey and spun around shooting at Grey with his shotgun. just a moment before the bullets impacted Grey, time slowed down. Luck is on your side. Now move!
Grey walked out of the way of the bullets, time seem to keep moving just was slower. He walked over to Disk grabbing him by the neck. Time returned to normal. "What the hell!?" Disk yelled. Grey tightened his grip. "Traitor!" Grey yelled. "Oh..Really?.." Grey tightened his grip even more. Air pumps in Disk's suit began to bust spewing air everywhere. Grey slammed Disk into the ground. Stepping on his head.

While Grey went for Disk, Aeri jumped down and immediately shot two visers.

Grey raised his foot and slammed his foot down on Disk's head. Blood splattered everywhere.

Once Aeri had wiped out all of the visers she walked over to Grey and Disk.

Grey began to shuffle through the now dead Disk's body. "Hm.."

"Find anything?" Aeri questioned.

"Not of importance." Grey said getting up and kicking the body. "Let's go find Arbiter." Grey said.

"Alright." Aeri stood up and began to follow Grey.

Grey ran around the corner, but immediately jumped back when a brute with a gravity hammer ran at him. "Holy shit!!" Grey yelled as the brute swung it into the ground blowing him through the wall.
