The Beginning

Yuki walked through the trees leading to the bright building that she was soon to be living in. She could see it now, a very large school building surrounded by clear grassy fields. All of the students rooms were inside a special half of the building, and some students had to share rooms, she had read in the brochure for the school that had been sent to her in the mail. She wondered if she would have a roommate, and if so, what kind of powers would they have?

It was a new day, Erik was ready and everything, He was going to go and Tell the principle how he got his powers and he can now do classes. "I wonder what they teach in the classes.." Erik thought.

Yuki got out of bed. "Ugh," she rolled onto the floor. "School today... "

"Morning." Erik said. "Get off me!" Mice breathed trying to move. "Well, I'll be back." Erik said calmly, leaving. Leaving Mice and Yuki by themselves.

Yuki blinked and patiently sat in a chair looking at Mice. "Would you like something for breakfast?"

"No thank you, Why would I eat something a Yuki-Onna gave me? For all I know you could poison it and kill me." Mice said in a weird tone.

"Oh, I see..." Yuki sighed. "Well, then, I guess I'll just be making food for myself." she smiled and opened the fridge.

Mice grumbled. "You, Yuki-onna, How come you did not attack or hurt Erik?" mice asked. "He is very high in power. you could of easily killed him and let your race annihilate the entire race of wizards." Mice said calmly.

"Maybe because I don't want to be like other Yuki-onna." Yuki said coldly as she pulled a carton of milk out of the fridge.

"You aren't like other Yuki-Onna's, You are different, and are running away from something. What?" Mice said calmly.

Yuki's eyes widened. "I'm not running away from anything... " she said, remembering her snowglobe.

Mice stared at Yuki. "Do not forget, I was there when you broke that snow globe. Even Though I am a cat, I can hear what people think. A mind reader if you would say." Mice said.

"So you're a cat who can read minds..." Yuki smiled.

"Shouldn't you get to class?" Mice asked. "You should hurry if you don't want to be late." Mice added.

"Yeah, you're right..." Yuki frowned. "See you after class, Mice." she waved as she stepped out the door. "What class was my first...?"

"And Yuki! Protect Erik at all costs, and your life will be safe!" Mice yelled as Yuki walked out the door. "I hope they are both going to be safe.." Mice though.

Yuki turned around and smiled. "Got it." She walked down to her first class, 'Elemental Control'.

"The principle can't see anyone right now. We'll send a teacher to you with a update for your classes." a woman said sitting at a desk. "Alright.." Erik walked through the halls bored. on the bright side it was quiet and nice.

Yuki stopped by the door and peeked inside. There were quite a few witches and wizards. The rest of the class was made up of elemental demons and psychics. She was the only Yuki-onna. She twisted the door open and sat in an empty seat in the back of the classroom. A water demon walked up to her and smiled. "Hello there, are you new to this school?"

Erik was walking around outside in the forest.Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, except her heard music to the left. he followed the tune to a little opening where a class was being held. He sat down and watched.

"Umm, yeah." Yuki replied. "I joined yesterday." The water demon smiled. "My name is Mizuhi."

Erik managed to figure out that the teacher was Ieran from yesterday. She was talking about how to turn invisible. He began trying to do what she was saying and managed to do it. Which amazed him.

"Umm, nice to meet you." Yuki smiled at Mizuhi. "My name is Yuki. You're a water demon, right?" Mizuhi sat down in the desk beside her. "Yeah, and you're a Yuki-onna?"

Erik began walking around the school with his new found ability, he reached for his dorm door and fell through it. "Wow!" Erik did a small roll and hit the wall. He wasn't invisible, and Mice was staring at him. "What?" Erik asked.

"Yeah..." Yuki replied quietly. "That's so cool!" Mizuhi blurted out. "I've never met a Yuki-onna before. You know you're the only one in this school?"

"Well, Did you get any classes?" Mice asked. "No. Not yet." Erik replied.
